Who is responsible

This website is run by Maddalena Iazzetta, Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, Spain. For any question about your data, write to mad@beeasydesign.com.

What I collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address and, if you add them, your organisation, the topics you select, your message, a timeline and a link. The site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.

Why

To read and reply to your message. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box before sending (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the steps you ask for before any possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Where it goes

The form sends your message by email to my inbox. The website and the sending service are hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in the European Union. Your data is not sold or shared for marketing.

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
